Mandan Housing Market - March 2022

Mandan is seeing lower inventory this year compared to last but not as large of a drop as Bismarck. The median number of days on the market when looking at last March is the same. Active listings are similar to last year but there is a drop in new listings compared to last year. Year over year numbers show that homes are selling faster than last year. Average prices are up slightly over last year but the median sale price is more affordable than Bismarck. If you are considering a Mandan home, you might fare better than those looking over the river.
