How much does it cost to hire you to help me buy a home?

When you are a buyer, your fee may be paid by the seller. You get the expertise, knowledge, and guidance of your real estate agent without having up front cash costs. The seller usually offers to pay a commission to my brokerage at closing as a way to cooperate on the purchase of the home. Commissions are negotiable but most sellers offer to pay the buyers agent a commission.
 

When should I talk to a real estate an agent?

Right away! The hardest thing for many first-time homebuyers is just getting started. Some wander around in circles for a while trying to decide what to do. A good realtor will answer all your questions and fill you in on the steps you will need to do to be ready when you find the perfect house.
 

Where is your office?

My office is located just north of Century Ave on Mapleton Ave in Bismarck. We can meet anywhere including your home, your favorite coffee shop or brewery or my office. We can meet at the most convenient location for you.
