Lincoln Housing Market - April 2022

Lincoln has the least inventory for the demand right now and median days on the market is down year over year by 80%. There were only 3 new listings which is down 33% from last year. There was also a hefty increase in average list price compared to last year at this time. Both average and median list priced jumped again this month, around 20% year over year. Active listings were down as well as pending and sold homes. If you think it is easier to find a home in Lincoln, think again!
