Mandan Housing Market - April 2022

Homes are selling a lot faster in Mandan than they did last year. Both the average and the median number of days on the market saw a 35% drop compared to last year in April. Active listings were up compared to last year but there was a drop in new listings compared to last year. Year over year numbers show that homes are selling faster than last year. Average prices are up slightly when we look at year to date but the median sale price is slightly more affordable than Bismarck. If you are considering a Mandan home, you might pay a slightly lower price but competition is still tough.
